Sale Invoice

On this screen, you can choose the account you want to create invoice for. Also you can add any number of items along with their quantities.

Clicking on Save button saves the invoice in database and you can retrieve it later.

A print preview of the sale invoice is shown below. It is possible to change the top and bottom margins to allow printing on custom stationary

Delivery Docket

Delivery docket is the document that accompanies delivered goods. It does not show any financial information.

Estimate

During the process of a business deal, you may have to provide an estimate for the cost of goods/services to the prospect customer. This can be done in a professional manner using GSSalesManager. During creation of estimate, stock does not get affected.

Notice the button "Convert To Invoice" at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to convert an estimate to Sale Invoice. Also you can amend it at any stage to suit your needs. The stock is updated only when the Estimate has been converted to Sale Invoice.

Yearly Reports

To know how your business did during any period of time, you can use the Yearly Reports feature. following are the screen-shots of the reports created:
